Always there for me without a question

My car wouldn’t turn over at all and we got it towed to Ryan’s maybe around 2:30 or so. I was afraid it was my starter. Apparently it was something to do with the battery terminals and they called me 2 hours later and they already had my car fixed and running! So happy, I have 4 kids who need to go to school/daycare and I’m so happy they got it done so quickly. And wasn’t badly priced either. Have some other issues with my car I need to get fixed and I’ll definitely come back here. They are great! Highly recommend.

I should have read your reviews, i would not have gone to thsi shop. The un-professional treatment of general public is not acceptable. I should not need to be family to get treated with Dignity. Dignity is what should be given to everyone.

Ryan & team are exceptional! Quick service and their customer service is unmatched. My car had a brake problem and Ryan was great in clearly communicating with me throughout the process. They know how to earn customers’ trust and it’s with great work done efficiently, fair prices, and a commitment to customer service. This is the only place I’ll take my car!

Took my vehicle in to have my tires looked at, they couldn’t hold air. Ryan’s was super busy, but got me in that same day. I guess in the midst of being busy they forgot to call me and tell me my car was ready. I called the next day to see what was wrong, Ryan promptly got back to me and let me know my car was ready. He apologized to me when I went to pick up my car and didn’t even charge me even though him and his team took time out of their day to fix the car tires. Very respectful and honest guy. Would recommend them to anyone looking to get work done on their vehicle

Great local shop, these guys are knowledgable and efficient. They were able to fix my car quickly and provided top notch service. If you’re done getting screwed over by your dealership I highly recommend coming here for an honest opinion!

Trustworthy and reliable

$600 for a coolant flush and 2 heater hoses...Brought my vehicle back to the shop a week later for further inspection because there was zero coolant in my car... They found that I need a new water pump and gave me a quote of $2500 including the timing chain and components. The $600 I paid previously is for a wrong diagnosis on their part and I wish that they would have made it right and gave me some credit towards the new diagnosis. If they credited me and acknowledged their wrong doing I would be going back to them to get the work done... I have spent thousands at this place and would recommend this shop to anyone looking. Now I feel taken advantage of and my trust is broken. So unfortunate because I really did like this place and the people.

Several weeks ago, I went in for an inspection. They did the work needed quickly and at a good price. Today I had an unrelated problem. I stopped by, was seen immediately, and sent on my way within minutes. Exceptional customer service, would definitely recommend Ryan’s for any and all automotive needs.

Stopped by Ryan’s business thinking that he would be able to help with a tire plug. Small nail but the previous box store didn’t want to attempt. That’s fine. But I was in a bind. And I knew it could be done without a doubt. Not only did Ryan bring my tire right in but he did it for free. Now that’s going above and beyond. Never met Ryan before, but now, after stopping in out of the clear blue, I know where I’ll be going again for auto situations. Much appreciated. Tremendous service. A+

Great experience at Ryan’s Tire. My high beams weren’t working and Junior was extremely helpful, even though I didn’t buy the bulb there. He gave me all the support I needed and fixed the issue quickly. Excellent customer service — highly recommend!

What a great experience I’ve had with Ryan’s auto. I’ve been searching for a trustworthy, genuine, wholesome shop to trust that my vehicle will be taken care of properly. The customer service is great, the employees genuinely seem to love what they do and the people that come in to their business. They’re truly a great price for the services, they answer any questions you might have and take the time to work with you.

For a year, we have been working on my car. This has cost me over $2.5K trying to fix it and they never resolved it. My latest quote for work to be done was $4000. I took it to another mechanic and he fixed everything and then some for $1200. Part of the work he did was tightening parts Ryan's installed over the past year, leading to some of the $4000 problems. I have had some good work done by these guys. But I will no longer be going to someone who gives you back your car in a worse condition, over charges for parts you do not need, and left my keys inside of my car over the weekend when it was ready to pick up.

I would recommend Ryan’s Tire & Auto Repair because the owner knows his stuff and is very knowledgeable friendly.

I have only heard good things about Ryan's. They're all true. Needed a tire plugged and he took me right in, even though you could clearly see they were busy. He would not take my money to pay for it either. It was truely a generous move and in line with everyone's opinions of the business that Ryan runs.

Did my Tesla. Didn't seem to do a good job on balancing but that's a new kind of technology in that tire. I'm sure if I called them they would take care of the problem
